Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. An alternative, non-invasive practice that relies on the use of the five senses, particularly touch, to locate and correct imbalances in the energy flow within the body. When there are energy blocks for a long period of time, usually the body will start to reflect this with many different symptoms. Visualization and focused connection provides an end result of the energy path being cleared of the obstruction. This allows the body to be back in balance and harmony, and continue healing once again.
